How do you put an avatar.
I've notice some memebers of this site have avatars or screen shots by thier name, how would you go about this?

Click user cp and the option will be on the left.
When selecting an avatar, make sure it's jpeg and no larger than 100x100 pixels. Oh and, make sure it isn't as hot as my avatar.
